I have signed up to an email course from Teeka Tiwari, is this any good. I am very reluctant to part with any money because of all the scams you hear of. Has anybody done this course?

Was searching for horse plans and found mention of Del 5-4, and it seemed to have favourable comments but not a word on what it is. Has anybody used this or have a copy, it was free for a while on one forum but they took it off.
