On entry, buying the longs first, keeps you from a naked position. On exit, buy the shorts first, also reduces naked exposure. Rule: Buy first on entry and exits.

When the market is open, you can sell when you have a buyer, or buy when you have a seller.

Some spread trades like Verticals have caps that limit the profit of the spread. That makes it possible to close the trade at a fixed price, or adjust to lock in the profit. If you're still motivated to be on the trade you have the oppertunity to put on another trade.

They seem expensive for the basic course & XLT, but all education is. They seem to care that their training creates good traders. Some complainers about their XLT online webinars, mostly on not being handed trades. I think the trading concept is IDing turning points, for low risk, high profit...
