Missed my limit orders by 3 points and 11 points respectively and ended up only slightly up, so a little disappointing but at least not a loss

Cheesed off because I was long cable and EUR/JPY last night but got stopped out on both and look where they are now! Anyway having another go. Long of both around 80. It'll be sad if this forum dies, I liked the company.....

Got quite a good entry on the short last night at 9830 and took 95 points which more than made up for the 40 I lost on EUR/JPY. The latter is a little annoying given that I was short and just got stopped out but a nice net profit, so that should be the most important thing

Hi Chow, Still peservering with breakouts because they are low maintenance and do make money, although the drawdowns can be quite large. Surged ahead last week on EUR/JPY with four consecutive 100 point+ days. Also picked up on Jilly Bs overnight trades (virtually nil maintenance) which appears...

Short overnight cable and EUR/JPY but fear for these positions and it's gone a long way. Just a little move down would be nice and it can do what it likes in tomorrow's European session. What's happening to this thread? Where's everyone gone?

Sorry for the late reply. Not at home so dipping in and out. Yes was a Jilly type trade but this morning was my more normal breakout trades. This morning EUR/JPY was stopped at break even but after 4 successive days of +100 can't complain. Cable looking like being - 40 Where has everyone gone...

Only in it for short term gain. Limits set at +60 and both hit so +120 when I was tucked up safely in bed! Long half position EUR/JPY and looking for a breakout in cable

Short cable and EUR/JPY overnight. Eur/JPY has reversed each of the last 4 days, so hope this is one trend which doesn't continue

Taking profit a little lower than it got yesterday so all is well. Still small position short but there must be a chance of a bounce from here so taking it easy today
