I agree with this. People with real full time commercial experience shouldn't consider as trainee.

Do you know how many people are they hiring for this intake? I think the best way is to ask for the reason, but will they allow to re-apply in the future? (I know some props told people not to apply again if you fail).

Hi guys, I just come back from Melbourne and just found the hiring ad today. Based on the posts here I think they are now in the pre-interview test this week. Have they started to interview people yet? Anyone here have had or will have an interview with them? I hope I am not too late. Cheers!
