I'd recommend a gaming computer for trading, if you are going to be doing scalping. Put nothing else on it.

That would be a trailing stop. Depends on the instrument you are using. Some can implement what you want to do, and move a stop loss several times. Others can only move it once. I would suggest having the sl move to be +10pips or so when your profit reaches 30 pips, then have your tp at 60...
