how do you get an 8hr timeframe ?

charts question for you as I am a novice here. So you use 15min to trigger and 60min for supp/res level so what do you use to enter the trade . Plus if you have a scenario that on the 15 min the trend is up and on 60 min the trend is down, what would you do ?
