A Massive Thank You to Peter Richards
And of course all the other contributors posting their valuable advice in Peters thread ATS EOD.
After suffering and feeling quite sick from the loss of a chunk of money that ATS conned out to me, stumbling on this forum via google is without a doubt so...
I have a claim currently being investigated. As I paid directly to ATS for the Sockmarketdata service, they are liable. Do you still have your receipt?
There is something that has recently crossed my mind and that is:
I wonder if the person who updates Stockmarketdata.net has been reading our post's ?
Because it seems to be more than just coincidental that when things started hotting up with actions against ATS, the EOD on...
A question regarding Section 75 ???
This has probably been covered, but what is the time limit for someone to qualify for a refund. Is it 120 days from the initial purchase? Because if so I could wasting my time as I bought into ATS back in September 2015 !!
Your advice please!
David
Just had a lengthy call with one of the Action Fraud team (about an hour). Now have my case number etc.
Hopefully another complaint to be counted towards the decision for the Police to go find and these barstewards and bring these aholes to justice.
Hi Peter
I haven't reported my case to the crime squad as of yet. Just needed to ask what description of fraud did you choose on the list from your link?

David
Apologies if I'm not coming across as the sharpest pencil in the case! But could do with a little coaching please.
I have regrouped after originally being told I had no case from my initial call to RBS before Christmas. This evening I called them again and read the riot act of section 75 of...

I sincerely hope that whoever it is returns very soon to updating the EOD, as that person will have to be...
Sorry about my late reply 20MDK58, but I had almost completely given up the ghost trying to recover my money.
The facts are is that I paid a £50 deposit via an RBS Mint credit card in September 2015 followed by a bank transfer paid from my Barclays account. What I fail to see here is how can...
Many thanks for your advice my friend.
There may be still a problem in the way that I paid my money to ATS, being that I paid a £50 deposit using an RBS credit card, then transfered the remaining balance from my Barclays current account.
I thought things were too good to be true....Phoned my credit card company and it transpires that £50 doesn't qualify for any refund! However had I paid £100 or more then I would have been covered.
Aw well just my luck! :(
Morning Peter
I have just been sorting through my credit card statements and it appears I paid a deposit of £50, I wonder if this qualifies me for a full refund.
