thank for the replies ppl am thinking of going short gbp v usd (buying dollar selling pound) using cfds when and if USD gets down to 197 ish........ i would probably put down 20% as margin and hold for as long as needed to make a profit. would this be a good strategy.... i am aware i would have...

hi ppl the dollar is at an all time low from what i can gather... i think it would make sense to hold a dollar position and transfer it back into sterling for a profit. can the usd dollar get much weaker against the pound? would this be risky?????? any views anyone?
