Never mind- I found out it's Treasury Investment Products.

Hi, First post here, but I hope to become a reguilar contributor. Does anyone know what "TIP sales, Trading and research" means? I'm filling out a graduate application for RBS but I've no idea what the TIP stands for. Thanks for any help!
