Been out today and just looked at the intraday graph and see no movement in the market from 10-11.30 today. The DAX website does not explain why. Was this a data problem or was the market closed for this period today? Any thoughts? Thanks

Crikey, where did that come from? 40 points up between 2pm and 4pm and I thought it was going to be a quiet day with the Fed statement tonight! Be nice to see a close above 4300 but looks like it's just stalling as I write.

These seem to be better odds than the double up/down offerred by Betonmarkets. Looks interesting, but what's the catch?! Are they mainpoulating the spread such that when you say the market will rise or fall from the time of your trade to close of trading, the spread is worked against you? M

I have been opening up the Lycos livecharts window and then opening up another identical window with the same info say 2/3 minutes later and keep on switching between the two when they time out. Not ideal and I actually plan to upgrade, but it works as an interim. Hope this helps.

I never was any good at Geograpohy at school, so I need some help with this please... Could some one please let me know if the US operates a system like we do in the UK whereby we change our clocks for summer time? I note that today the US market opened at 3.30pm our time (now that we are BST)...
