Just to give a bit more hope to others out there, Barclaycard have agreed to pay the full amount back to me. £50 deposit on the credit card, remainder by bank transfer. If you paid any by credit card, section 75 should cover you too

I have suspected that stockmarketdata was a site run by ATS forever. There is no information about the company on the site whatsoever. Also, I refused to pay for the service as I told them they hadn't made it clear when I first signed up so they just 'gave' me access out of 'their own pocket'...

Hi Peter, Looking through all this information, I feel like there's a glimmer of hope. I paid a £50 deposit on my VISA barclaycard, and the balance with a bank transfer from my Barclays current account. Looks like section 75 covers me. Would I be making my claim from Barclays or Barclaycard...
