Oliver Valez Trade for Life Program

They don't keep you at $30 forever. Once any profit target is hit consistently for two weeks you go to the next level as per the table below. In any case my original question was about the quality of the training. If anyone has been through I'd like to know what they thought about it, and if...

Oliver Valez Trade for Life Program

Has anyone taken this seven day program and now making larger and larger profits? Wondering if its the same old wine in a new bottle. I like the way they impose risk management on their traders with a maximum loss per day. Velez Capital Management, LLC - A Private Equity Trading Group

Where is market heading ? Short , Medium Term Grey's analysis

Iraj, Looks like the indexes have bottomed at least for a while, so we should at the very least get a good rally. We have false break gaps to the downside on the indexes with fast reversals upwards, and a serious break to the downside on oil with the last swing low taken out, and wild swings...

dcraig, You said "I am of the school that believes that most things can be backtested" What methods have you come across that you have backtested or that have been backtested by others, that you think are worth studying? I'm always open to learning something new if theres a chance it will...

belflan's US stock intra day trades

Yes, the 200 MA on the daily chart is pretty much industry standard. According to Kevin Haggerty, Oliver Valez and many other well known figures, nearly all the big players know and watch the daily 200 MA. Its also a good one to watch on the 10 min chart, being the same as the 5 day moving...

belflan's US stock intra day trades

The above filtering process eliminates nearly all false MACCI 10 overbought and oversold signals, and usually leads to a fast move in the direction of the market. If I was a programmer I'd test it in tradestation. It only gives a few trades a week but the ones it gives are nearly always right...

A way of getting more accurate MACCI10 triggers using three moving averages I've been experimenting with getting more accurate MACCI 10 triggers and have found the following set of rules filter out alot of false MACCI10 trades. A way of getting more accurate MACCI10 triggers using three...

LIVE intra day trading with Grey1 ( second leg)

wheezergeezer, I was talking about what criteria to use to pick day trading/scalping stocks. The ATR you give below looks like the one used on the Iraj_N_Minute_Change to see which stocks are the most overbought or oversold against $INDU. Luckybucks

From my notes on the june seminar I think Grey1 said day trading stocks should have an ATR from 70 cents to $5 and at least 2 million average daily voume. Can anyone confirm this. The stocks below were used during the 13th june seminar for anyone who is wondering. CAT CCJ LRCX BHI BRCM BBY...

If you went short on a 10min macci because it was overbought and then turned down, but then once you were short, the 10min turned up again, that would be your stop loss signal to get out. If you were short a stock because MACCI of Dow 10 min had turned down, but your stock continues to go...

LIVE intra day trading with Grey1 ( second leg)

Theres no stop loss in the usual sense of the term. Instead, if you had gone short a stock or stocks when the 5min and 10min MACCI were overbought and turning down, you would get out of your shorts when either or both the 5min and 10min MACCI were oversold and turning up. Luckybucks
