Is a positive expectancy of 1 ES point/trade considered good?

Is a positive expectancy of 1 ES point/trade considered good?

I'm using SierraChart with MyTrack as the data provider. In Canadian dollars, I pay $20/month for SierraChart (lvl2 membership) and $50/month for MyTrack (real-time nyse and amex entitlements are a dollar each). If you want real-time CME data for ES, it's an extra $10.
