I suspect you are doing something wrong. You mentioned in your last post - 'better to go with eTrade'. Just so you know, eTrade use Saxobank's technology. They just have it rebadged..
Are you sure you aren't doing something wrong here? Sounds a bit strange that your market orders aren't getting filled. I am familiar with the platform. Maybe provide a little more info ( an example) here so the forum members can get a better sense of the problem.

I have used City Index in the past. Pros - Decent range of CFDs. Cons - The trading charges were too high. Plus, it was quote driven. If you are going to trade on a daily basis, you will need Direct Market access (DMA) to allow yourself get between the spread. I have used Etrade too in the past...
