up to 30 instruments I will be looking at up to 30 instruments however tradestation wont have to be scanning them all the time at the same time I was told by RT soft solutions that I will need metaserver and ib loader together...but I thought metaserver was just for collecting historical...

Re...3rd party I dont know which will be best. I have been told maybe a couple of downloads from RT Soft ....Meta Server and IB loader should be ok. Also someone suggested www.hypertrader.it.... has a solution but I havent got a clue which is best. And I dont want to be fiddling about too much...

I currently have tradestation build 5.00.0771 but i am looking for build 5.0.822 so I can use a data platform to convert from interactivebroker can anyone let me know where I can get this upgrade
