Anyone know of a way to connect MatLab to TT? I really don't want to go down the route of re-writing my system in C+ if I don't have to.

I think Saxon have, or had an operation in Ireland. Maybe worth taking a look at their website. Again, can't comment on them, had no dealings with them.

One thing I would say, not just to you but anyone else in your position - you need to be 100% convinced you want to do this - you need to make your mind up about finishing your degree or trading, dont try and do both.

I know MAREX used to offer it but I am not sure if they still do.

Can anyone tell me if they pay VAT on their trading desk - if so is the VAT on the total cost of everything like PC's and monitors or just rental of office space?

Thanks guys I have been in contact with Dan Cousins and am going to take a look at the office on Monday next week - a couple of my friends have been up there and really like the look and feel of the place. I will post my thoughts next week.

Has anyone heard anything about Andy Priston's setup in London, I have seen he has opened up an office in Montreal but have not heard much about the London operation.

From what I have been told Marathon has bought Refco London and Refco Trading Services, I dont know if that means all of RTS' offices or just the London branch.
