it's not that hard, mostly questions are like 72/12= ? or 0.0034*0.02=? or 41-92/7=? but you need to be REALLY fast. Anyone who know what's going to happen after the test, the phone interview??

I wonder the same questions, too! After the first test, what will the HR ask during the phone interview? Is it possible to fail the phone interview? or everybody gets the chance to the second and third exam? (I got a phone interview this Friday, and I got no clue what are they going to ask?!)
