I had limit @20750 stop @20500

they filled the position at 27080 but they are saying my position was still open thats why it went in a sell position.

Yes it went to 20784 then went in reverse.

No cmc markets are taking no responsibility for the actions for that day they are saying it the position was still open. My debate was I had put a limit on the oco its should of prevented me from any loses Is that right?

When the oco limit got filled and the stop was automatically cancelled it should of cancelled me out of that order and taken no loses or profit is that right?
