Hmmm...with a £1000 pot that would equate to over £150k in a year! Well, I guess a consistant 10% a week is somewhat unrealistic but resisting my temptations would be a good start!

Stuart, sound advice me thinks. At the end of wk 1 on my spread account I'm now 10% in profit...had I stuck to the systems that would be close to 20%! :)
