I did the same ( call TS, masive amount of data waiting to download etc ) I called true and they were not able to do nothing, connection in Thailand is perfect. I dont think it will help. If you try to ping the TS server you will see that you are not able to get to their server, at least thats...

Love to talk about this on Saturday. I can not connect to data server from TS to get intraday info !!
