Agreed the Catch 22, but this time I am annoyed enough to simply purse further and even if positions not re instated cost their legal department more than it would have cost to be honest and not screw of customers! Does anyone think I have a case here? SB get away with screwing clients...

Hi, As per the last few messages I too have had an issue with IG Index and the Nikkie on the 16 March. Before they suspended trading their in house pricing dumped the maket by over 800 points!! Closed and then reopened to pre in house pricing levels! This liquidated large positions on my end...
