I have to laugh, one guy who thinks he is an "investment entrepreneur" tried to get me to sign an NDA so he could introduce me to this "fantastic opportunity". I looked at his web site and he does the usual stuff that everyone does, self storage, car parks, German property etc.. Yawn yawn So...

Client use their SIPPS to invest. The minimum SIPPS would be £15k - the average being £40k. We would put around £1million per month into the fund SIPPS providers will only work with UK based companies under FCA regs.

They must not stop here, all introducers who have been promoting this investment must also now be brought to justice. It was their job to ensure due diligence was complied with before marketing this to retail clients
