I was going to say this. Is it even possible to get 1ms from any broker? I don't think so. You must be realistic. I assume you are a scalper and even for a scalper 10ms is still ok. Even if a broker promises 1ms, it isn't always so.

It is ok to have more than one account. I had about two accounts with different brokers when I started forex. This even helped me to compare the services and to test different trading strategies on the platforms to choose which am gonna use for each strategy.
