Optiver's pay still seems kind of low compared to banks and even rivals like Tibra. Is Tibra much harder to get into, or am I missing something? Is the first year really just probationary, and you get paid much more after that?

otiver - trading roles Note that Optiver requires much lower scores on their numerical tests if you want to be a wholesale trader. Since they say that the test is meant to see how you react under pressure, can anyone explain this?
