For traders on the east coast, what time do you find to trade? I've noticed that most trend moves, well from a 15- to 30- minute time frame, start during the London sessions. That's 3AM so I'm torn between late nights, early mornings, or all-nighters every now and then. Any suggestions to ideas...

Hmmm.. I've never considered that. It would be extremely difficult for an account to be blown with .5%. Yes, having upwards of 3-4 even. Only if the risk is once again adjusted to accommodate for the 1% or 2%. I need to execute a week of trades and record my W/L and make a decision then...

OK Great. I came across a couple strategies that are rewiring the way I trade. I didn't know if successful traders did that. Maybe I'm over-thinking it, as long as I become profitable I guess.

As of right now, Yes. I do have a futures demo account, however, as I intend to start trading futures eventually. I believe my trading approach can accommodate for the differences between the two markets though.
