When I draw my fibs I think it makes sense to just get the last up leg when looking for a retracement. Did you get that bigger fib from the same time frame FXBee? I would draw fibs on last up leg on hourly, then on daily. I don't think I'd just draw them from 2nd last low to recent peak, then...

Good point.. thought the pin wasn't great looking but also that my reasons for going long were good enough to not be too bothered about that. Maybe they weren't. We'll see how it goes, although that might not shed enough light on whether I was right or wrong to go in. :rolleyes:

Drawing pivots I've looked at EURAUD and was wondering about the amount of pivots you would recommend drawing? I've attached daily and weekly charts, I've drawn in all pivots (not just the ones closest to current price). TD, would you have settled for this amount, or are they even at the areas...

That's interesting, I'm just looking into that PA pattern since it is a 2-bar pin (2 equally long full body bars, 1 red/1 green). The only thing it has against it is slower rejection on the timeframe you're looking at.

Just going to add my opinion for anyone looking into this system: stay clear. As far as I can remember his examples didn't even make sense, I think he was taking a 2 tick dip in trade direction before a big turn as a profitable trade or something as well as other weird things.. so pretty hard...
