Well I was a bit late - around 7pm - thanks to E Mids Trains. I got a table eventually and put me sign out and Larry came and found me. If anyone else was there, sorry we missed you! We had a good natter about Forex :)

I will probably be there from about 6pm. I suggest the first one there grabs a table. I might bring a "T2W Meeting" sign to put on the table as well ;)

What happens to the people on the other side of these trades? Do they have their massive profits taken away from them? There must be a ton of trend followers who were already short into that spike - must have thought all their Christmases had come at once, assuming they reacted fast enough.

I could do Thursday 20th Wednesdays generally not so good for me.

You seem to be forgetting the tax issue. Assuming people have not acquired their wealth illegally, they have most likely paid 20% - 50% of it to the state in taxes. The state then spends it wisely to the general betterment of society :D
