They are still taking from us as if euribor were 5% so if they keep that up for very long, yes there will be a good saving; but at some point they must review - probably July - I've understood it is averaged out, so if they keep in th 4&5% of middle of last year plus now rates now it might still...

Its just for 3 years and will cost me 3k in fees and then goes back to euribor +1.2 but it is nearly 1/2 of what I am now paying. I notice euribor has had some sever ups and downs in the last 5 years so do you recon this is about as low it will go

I have an apartment in Spain on a mortgage 12 mth Euribor+1.2 The bank have just offered a fixed rate which looks to be based on 2,23%+1.2 I understand the 3 month future is a good indicator of where the rate is going, so would I be better taking their fixed plus fees or hanging on on original...
