    Bracketed entry?

Ok, thanx. I needed some other perspective on that.

    Bracketed entry?

That's a little bit wrong. You're assuming that both orders get filled at the same time. Let me clarify and see if it helps to paint the picture I'm hoping to play out... Let's say the market is at 1.00 right before the open and so I place 2 limit orders (with obvious stop losses), one to go...

    Bracketed entry?

Actually I found their ability to do this. thanx.

    Bracketed entry?

But that's just the thing with the market open - who knows which direction it's going to shoot in! But it inevitably does shoot in one direction, sometimes after a short bounce the other way. So I'm just trying to capitalize on this almost certain movement/spurt.

    Bracketed entry?

Actually, the idea is to place both orders (one long and one short) with stop losses of course. So even if the price begins in one direction, then turns to stop me out, what I am hoping to capture is the strong run in the returning direction with the other order. I'm referring to placing this...

    Bracketed entry?

Is there any way to place 2 entry orders, one long and one short, simultaneously, in NT so that one could catch a run in the following direction?

    The Intentional Trader

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with the products (indicators and trading room/suite) of TheIntentionalTrader.com?

    Direction, please

YES, that sounds much more relaxed than constantly stressing about trends, ticks, etc...! Thank you. But let me ask you...what is the R:R you mention? And what are the popular ideas for where to set the upper and lower lines? I imagine that looking back at the past several days or even weeks...

    Direction, please

Yes, you're probably right, but I can hardly find opportunity to scalp more than a tick at a time before a change in direction without being too risky. Any suggestions?

    Suggestions for good webinars?

Hindsight is always 20/20, so does anyone know of any tutorials/webinars where someone doesn't simply use a past chart to explain the action of indicators? Someone can always find a chart to explain anything, but I want to see someone use a chart and move along with it, explaining what they see...

    Direction, please

Good day to all. I am a beginner and practicing with the S&P emini, but having the hardest time identifying longer trends using MACD, Stochastics, DM and MFI. I am able to scalp a tick here and there, but once any kind of charge from a broker is applied for a trade, that tick in profit I make...

    Questions from a beginner

Thank you. I needed that reminder that I'm exploring and figuring things out, not seconds away from stumbling across the best secret to trading! I get a bit caught up as I'm moving forward. So thanx again for the insight.

    Questions from a beginner

Hmm. Interesting. Ok, a few other questions for efveryone... 1. What are the 3 best markets for volatility and liquidity? 2. I've been reading how important volume is, that volume always precedes price. Is a simple volume indiator all I need or is there something better? Also, volume will...
