I complained to them after they i bought their penny shares and lost money. They refunded me as i requested a mixture in my portfolio. They record all their phone calls which showed i wanted low risk. But stupidly i went along with their rubbish. Maybe you should complain to the ombudsman.

Hi, I have started day trading US stocks by spreadbetting. The spreads are very wide and want to know the alternatives apart from Direct Access. I understand CFDs might be the best option but can anyone tell me if the spreads are better and which broker is best for US shares. Thanks.
