The proof is in case number 84 of 2010 Truro County Court. The proof is in the data I have from IG through my Subject Access Request under the data prtection act 1998. The emails between IG and the FOS, which I have. And I will found out if the Ombudsman's decision can be published.

With all due respect, the issue here, in my opinion is more important than Black Swan etc. Namely, a spread betting company, IG Index in this case, persued a client with the threat of making him Bankrupt for a debt that the client was disputing. As it turns out, after the out of court...

Well, there you have the crux of it. IG denied me access to my account to argue that my account was suspended, IG said they were within their rights to rollover bets despite the account being suspended and the Ombudsman disagreed with them. As there was an out of court settlement the ombudsman...

Ok...Briefly: IGIndex sent me a letter in July 2009 asking for evidence of funds to maintain my credit limit. The letter said that if I did not produce evidence of funds, in a given time, my account would be moved to a cleared funds basis. I did not provide the evidence of funds. IG Index...

Hello...."bigboy" here...I'm back. Its taken a long time, but the Ombudsman has finally had is say and he is "ordering" IGIndex to pay me "significant" compensation(according to the FOS scale) for distress and inconvenience. Just thought I would let you guys know...IG Index wouldn't.

According to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive(MiFID) IG should have a best execution policy and act in their client's best interest. Does the Bloomberg screenshot indicate that they have complied with the above?

You don't need a Bloomberg screenshot, what you need is time and trades at the time you were stopped out. The Bloomberg screenshot is not of the correct scale to show what was going on in the market at that time.
