    Could it be that oil prices and the dollar are being manipulated by the arabs? Today, at 16:00 GMT, WTI spot jumped two dollars and the EURUSD fell to match. Far from the FED playing it looks like a cabal of oil interests with deep enough pockets to control the world's two biggest markets...
