The new contract is only for $400K. In May it got $4.3M and $8M contract; back then, there were no big reactions. What happened?

A couple of days ago, I sent a "sell short" order, and got returned a message like "This symbol cannot be traded". I was sure this symbol was not halted. Anybody knows what happened?
