Maybe you were looking at out of hours prices ie when the spreads are wider? However just checked cap spreads and financialspreads.com and the Barclays spread is 1p as you’d expect and Microsoft are 5 cents, Citigroup have got a 4 cent spread. Perhaps a new and strange cmc policy? Perhaps...
