Goldline trading system

HI,

I have just recieved information about Goldline trading system.
Does anybody have any information or experiance about this system .. it costs almost £5000 !!!. I can send you a copy of the email I got from them if you wish..

I must say my first reaction is L O B.. but I like to "try" and keep am open mind.. well until I am proved right

If its from CTFR Associates, dont waste your money .I bought this system, unfortunately for £ 1000. Doesnt work.

On their website (small print) it says that the "Goldline System" is supplied under licence by Mayfair Investment services Ltd, and they have offices in Waterloo Place London and Hitchin Herts.

Maybe you could take a look at their site and let me know if it is the same firm you dealt with ?

http://www.goldlinesystems.com/

If it is their price has sure gone up !!!

thanks

I have been digging a bit further and it turns out that the membership manager, Gerry Lannen of the Goldline system is also the membership manager of the "Selecta7" horse betting system.

Interesting !!

I have a few of comments on this:

1) They quote: The Goldline trading system: The most successful home trading software system currently available.

This is claimed by every trading system currently available and that goes into thousands of systems.

2) They also quote: Trading with Goldline systems is not just exceptionally profitable; it’s also very exciting to be part of the successful trading elite!

From my experience of this site it is clear that the only "trading elite" are all T2W members so please own up all T2W members who use this system ?

On the results page it doesnt say when a trade is closed whether the spread is taken into consideration or not.

The comment that SB companies want you to win because they always hedge your bet is simply not true. We have seen in the annual reports that one of the companies profits were down this year essentially saying that customers were more lucky than was expected causing a reduction in profits but we do not expect this to continue. Should have hedged then ?

Nothing in this system will ever teach you how to trade and the whole structure and setup is remarkably similar to a whole host of offerings for success at horse racing and I know of several people who were less than impressed with the LSP of all of those.

Paul

I wonder how many system developers are members of T2W? Seeing what they can pick up to further refine their systems before selling them back to you?

It's interesting what you can find out by rooting around.

On the www.goldlinesystems.com website it states that Goldmine Systems is the trading name of Mayfair Investment Services Ltd.

The addresses provided on the website, 11 Waterloo Place London and The Maltings Hitchin are multiple occupier addresses - one has 14 companies listed, the other 4 companies.

Something else of interest is the information supplied for the registration of the goldlinesystems.com website. If you note, the address and telephone number provided appear to be fake -

Hi all

Yes; Mark Harniman of Selecta7 is the guy behind this (check the thread on T2W) Selecta7 based in Hitchin I believe.

Matt Cheverton, ex Fins is also involved with Goldline and is the front man.

Well I must thank you all for all the information about this "Not to be Missed" .."Once in a lifetime" offer.

On due reflection I dont think I will be taking up their offer :cheesy:

It is a shame but I am sure there will be people who will pay good money for this "System" , people who should not come within 100miles of SB..

thanks again....

This company is probably very closely linked also to Assettinvestments.com - a golf betting system run out of the same office in Hitchin, they even use the same photo. They have been advertising the system (goldline and the golf one) via ADVFN e-mail advertising.

nice work Skimble, the Car Key Boi salutes yuo!

TheOwl, as Paul and others have said, there's a ton of "buy this software, yuo will be rich tomorrow" out there on the internet

all of them are worth approximately jack sh!t, a complete waste of time

better to spend that time reading all the forums on this board, work out which style of trading suits yuor personality best, and then work out a trading strategy

and surfing this board won't cost yuo a cent!!

in fact, yuo've just saved yuorself 5 grand

troof!

Just received another advn promotion. Anyone heard of these guys. I will probably go along just out of interest. Not going to buy it but always good to network and who knows, may pick something up from that I could apply in my strategy.

It's funny how the markets have one little rally, and all the vendors come out of the woodwork. They must be able to smell the money.

What's interesting is that Quantigma offers a service at £9.99 per month, offering TA commentary once a week on FTSE stocks (breakouts, support and resistance), TA charting 15 minutes delayed, and Trading Academy where you can look up definitions and explantions of investment terminology. And all for a tenner a month! Hahaha - it's all on T2W for zilch per month.

Hitchin in Hertfordshire seems to be THE place! I've just received an email about another Hitchin company, 96 Ltd, which publishes 96investornews.com.

The email says:
"... to find out more about the up and coming currency crisis that will make some investors incredibly wealthy. Dont [sic] miss the opportunity to see how you or anyone can benefit from an event about to happen which last time made George Soros £1 billion in a day!!!"

They're having a laugh, £1 billion! So if George can do it, anyone can do it! Trouble is, my mattress just isn't big enough to stash £1 billion under it, so I think I'll forgo this opportunity :cheesy:

Seriously though, what's interesting about all these companies is that they are brand new, with no accounts, and therefore no track record - just puff and hot air about how good they are. But if they're that good they wouldn't have to sell their system.

I was interested to see today that ADVFN new bulletin is now being sponsored by Goldline.
Weird - it used to be sponsored by Selecta 7!

orchard.

A "Rose by any other Name" comes to mind..

Hmmm on second thoughts changed Rose to **** or any other 4 letter word of your own chosing

Jonny40,
I'm one - and as far as I'm aware I never grabbed anything here... I come here for the interesting company!
(I'm EOD and most here seem to be daytrading anyhow). To be honest I think the ideas you are likely to pick up here are probably beyond the get rich quick crowd - anything more complex than an MA crossover system won't fit onto their glossy pamphlets anway!

Better than your trip to VS then in terms of of it being rammed down your throat. But you are now dealing with the 'subtle' salesmen.

400 points average per month is not that much. Is it worth 5k?

What drawdowns are suffered on trades. It might suit some, but being 30 60 100 points away from the action is not my cup of tea.

What triggers a trade?
It is going to be nothing that you have not come across before, despite any fancy names they care to call them. The days buy and sell signals are going to be areas of support and resistance are they not?

Lets hear from all the happy customers out there that have been using this and are averaging 400 points a month. also tell us that you don't have any losing months or your account hasn't been wiped out a couple of times.

On the other VS/DW threads as you know. We have been trying to find traders who are using these methods as taught, without any additional insight gained from experience.

It seems that you are the only one happy with VS; and good luck to you too.
So out of the 5000+ other members, as well as the visitors that read these boards. it doesn't seem like there are too many willing to stand up and be counted.
