Newb to software

Is it possible to screen for intraday volume increases? e.g. if a stock normally trades at 1M/day, but between 10:31AM and 10:32AM the volume is 200k, then between 10:32AM and 10:33AM the volume is 150k. Is there software available that screens through all listed stocks on the NYSE, Nasdaq, AMEX for volume increases like that?
