Hi,

Demo account. Recently placed a buy stop on the eur/jpy. Its still pending so why does the trading orders window show a profit of -26.19?

Also what is a 'swap'?
Thanks

Swap is the interest rate. Not sure why you have a profit if it's still pending. Can you post up a pic?

Just realised. MT4 charts show the 'sell price' so its been activated?

current price is 125.74 and the sell quote is 125.74 and buy is 125.81. my order was for 125.81 so its activated?

isnt 7 pips a large spread?

when i look at the profit in terms of points it says -61 which is the difference between
125.810 and 125.749 but isnt the last digit 1/10 of a pip? so it should be -6.1?

5 digit decimals is an advantage to the traders. Even the smallest movement will get you a profit.
