Help with pivot point as dots using MQL programming

Can someone tell me please how to write a EA where the pivot point and reference points (support and resistance) are calculated for each candle and they appear as dots on top of the candle. Also when a new candle opens the previous candle will still be showing its pivot and reference points as dots.
Also it should work on anytime frame.
