I applied for the itrademobile free subscribtion. As the website states, fill in the form and send it to your broker. Well I got the account confirmed - from FXCM - So I sent this conformation to the refering broker, so that the access code would be delivered for the mobile software.

BUT no reply not a sign of life. :-0
Next E-mail went to support, reply - cant find it send more info.
Did that, but sent it to itrademobile refering broker. No reply
Rang FXCM - the account is setup, you need to get itrademobile accesscode from them.
Email to Support. I am not happy. No reply.
Did internet search for Refering broker - got telephone no.
Rang him. That has to do with Penatrade LLC not me. FXCM need to give you accesscode. (This guy has access to my account!!!!) Will ring FXCM - I know after contacting FXCM 4 times that they dont have control. He will get back to me.

Penatrade LLC - Dont have itrademobile in iphone Applications anymore. But instead they have "On the go" for MT4 $ in month, looks good. Works with FXCM UK only for new accounts, free but same prossess as itrademobile.

I must also appogise - I only made a new thread because the Mobile Trading did not come up in the search machine of the forum.

Hi just wanted an update. Well fancy that. That internet search I hope will pay off. The refering broker ring one guy at FXCM - somewhere along the line there has been a stuff up! Nobody can say how come? But it looks like I will be getting an access code sometime soon. Thanks to the refering broker, who spoke to the right guy at FXCM. aaaaahhhhhhh.

So waiting again for access code and I will let you know what I thing of the itrademobile software for Mobiletrading.

So guess what. All that effort and getting no responces all are due to one thing. Right! Here you go.

WEB.DE A free German Email provider. No Emails have been going though nor have I been receiving them.

Well I can tell you what. I only twigged to that after not receiving the Email RB promissed to send.
O'h don't worry it has nothing to do with SPAM either. All I can say is during my stay in Australia all Germany Emails will not send only receive. So I send always with an Australien Email account. Unfortunatly I opened the FXCM Account with the German one. Was that a mistake.
So I promtly changed that in the FXCM account profile. That was the next mistake. :|

Now after I'd created a right havoc and had more people trying to solve the problem. I received a subscribtion code from itrademobile. But wait it is not over yet. :rambo:

A subscribtion code, is that the Accesscode? No instructions on that. Well I attemped to enter the itrademobile on iphone which is linked to the - E-MAIL ADDRESS - :smart: It failed. Thinking what I am thinking? I tryed both Emails. 2 out of 3 chances left. So with only one chance left. Now not wanting to stuff up the last chance, I oppted out and wrote an Email to support. Yes with the Australian Email address of course. I am only dumber than dumb but not that dumb.

So now things are moving along and I do say with quick responces. But it is still a drama.

Well I didnt recognise that as being the link to set up the account. A diffecult way of saying it. I guess I am pritty dam stupid after all. :cheesy: Ignorance is bliss.

So set up the the account manager. Tried to log in once more. Failed.

Had further trouble - This is becomming a habit now.

I mean really, I had to put in my account number, which is called user name on the setup.

Right "Done that all set up got access" :clap:

Now with all that trouble is that a good sign or a bad one?

Well it certainly is an emergency set up.
Very slow on a DSL 2000 it takes up to 12 sec. to load every page, and no charts.

"On the go" is excellent but if you dont have a UK FXCM account you wont be able to get free access.

FXCM is in the final stages of developing/releasing an iPhone mobile trading platform. I will let you know as soon as it is released.

It's a true iPhone app rather than a browser accessed platform, and it has charts.

Good to know Jason. Will be looking forward to it. It cant come quick enough for me. Only I hope that FXCM do prove to be good and fair brokers. Otherwise even the best setup wont mean a thing will it. Cause I'II be gone.

By the way I itrademobile do show the Daily and 5 min chart on one page. Totally useless. So I keep going back to Trade on the go which is free to use with all time frames and many major forex pairs.

One thing I find hard is to know which price to make an order with. Even with "ont the go" charts you have know way of knowing what the prices are at curtain between pionts. Bad bad bad. No cross hair!

Hope FXCM get it right!
