graph problems

Can someone help me please. I'm new to sharescope but not to trading.
sharescope ( demo)
On the intraday chart i can only bring up 2 days of bars or candlesticks on the 30 minute chart. How can I get more than 2 days worth of data?

Chart problems

Thanks Guys. Rang SS and the chap said on the Demo you can't get anymore than 2-3 days of data on the charts. Except P&F
