Here is the illustration of what they are.

Today's forum question (from paying user):

Can we have draw style "Circle" for a subgraph?
Thanks

...

Answer from SC Admin:

Why? We have plenty already. You have to make more of an effort than just to say "thanks". Not good enough. I cannot assure we would add it anyway.

Is that realy what they answered? I mean sounds like sort of rude almost... especially when it comes from a helpdesk employee..

Yes that is exact copy/paste from the thread. No other messages were there and it was quickly deleted it afterwards (but I knew it is going to happen so I copied it before they did  )

Maxima has been well known to be impolite to both the administrator and other users on the Sierra Chart forum. We are always polite as possible with users. However, even users on the Sierra Chart forum have commented as to the impoliteness from this particular user. Postings are not usually deleted but, in some cases we do have to delete ones from this user. This particular request came in as nothing more than a subject line and this is after a large number of postings from this user, which we did respond to, some of which were not respectful.

Also we do have a Circle draw style. It is called Point. At the time we responded, this did not occur to us and with all the various styles, we did not see any need to add anything further especially coming from this user and the way in which it was posted.

I have provided the evidence.. show anything to support your claim.

We are not going to get into an argument here. Other users have supported what we have said.

We have even received a message, privately, from one of our users suggesting that you should be banned from the board. Never before have we ever received such a message about another user. However, we did not do this. We will always try to be as helpful as we can and polite as we can.

As a long term contributor to T2W I might say a thing or two on this argument.

The admin at Sierra Chart are about the fastest group to respond to questions and issues of anyone in the software development world. Users of fib trader and other packages out there only dream of this support.

However, anyone must come to a limit in their tolerance and patience. And the initiator of this thread clearly went way beyond SC's ability to take it (over and over and over again). So, an honest expression (short of the f' off I might have passed on) of strained irritation is to be expected.

Better to have responsiveness and honest irritation than sickly sweetness. Personally I think that users who waste too much support time should be given the message a lot quicker - its time that can't be used to develop software or support reasonable users like you and I.

Keep up the good work Sierra Chart - I love the product.
