HELP!!!! Tradestation Failure Message

Hello,

does someone know help for this problem? :cry:
If I open a Chart in TS2000i Prosuite there opens a failure message window
(and the chart does not open, only a black Chart window without content:

yes i made windows new but the same failure appears again after a new installation. @ my laptop there is also the same failure. I need a working Tradestation Prosuite to make systems run. Any idea or help welcome [email protected]
 
Is your copy genuine ?
What version are you running which can be found under the Help menu ?

is it Vista or XP? if this is vista, it is blocking access and modification to some directories.
 
system reboot didnt help
I would suggest that you reinstall the software from your original TS2000i Prosuite disk, because a stack error is pretty fatal. I doubt that you will sort it out without reinstalling the software.
