TS 2000i and ESignal Problem

Hallo,

since this morning I have a strange problem with using TS 2000i and ESignal in connection with Globex Futures.

The Global Server doesn't store the tickdata received from ESignal for these Future, the daiy data, however, are stored. Insofar my intradaychart are blank, the daily charts and the quote monitor work fine.

I have restarted my PC and Global Server very often with the same result. I have no new Software installed.

Can anyone provide me with a clue how I can handle this problem?

After being away from the Trading Screen some hours, a few mini Globex Futures, but not all, collect interday data without my intervention. Strange

I believe the problem was with eSignal, although they won't admit it. The CME (Globex) swears that they changed nothing; eSignal got lots of calls regarding the problem and suggests that TS2000i issues aren't their problem. I doubt they wanted to quarrel with a large installed base of users who have TS2000i as their front end. The problem mysteriously fixed itself after eSignal was made aware (many times).
