Hi

Is there a "standard" EA script anywahere , that i can copy and paste MY set of entry and exit criterion into without having to re-invent the wheel??
I have a system that may (or may not!!) work on the cable, but want to backtest it on MT4. It trades off a 15 minute chart.

Any help appreciated

I am looking for the same thing. Anyone know of anything avalible? or is there already something om MT4 that will allow you to set you s/l and t/p for each trade automaticly without having the enter it all the time manually?

The closest thing is probably the MACD sample EA that ships with Metatrader, its got pretty much everything you might need for a basic EA.

At one time there was also a fairly nice explanation on the metaquotes website that explained how the EA worked line by line, which I found quite useful
