Meta Trader "Pause Screen"query

Would appreciate if someone could let me know how i can pause the screen on Meta Tader. When i'm trying to look at a chart over a certain historical time frame it always jumps to the current day's data when there has been a price change.

Top right of the screen, 5th button frm the right [Auto Scroll].

Click on it once.

Took me weeks to figure it out
