Triangle Patterns

Hello,
I am looking for a software program that will scan a list of CDN stocks and provide me with a list of stocks that have the selected triangle patterns I have chosen. I'm not looking for the program to select a trade as much as to eliminate those stocks which have no triangle pattern.
Has anyone seen such a program or trades with such a program? I am interested in triangles and a rectangle pattern, specifically. Thank you for any and all help.

There are some programs around for chart pattern identification but it may be worthwhile to write your own algo if you have a platform like Metastock or Tradestation, etc. In this way you can control the parameters and tweak them as needed.

It shouldn't be too difficult. It would be fun to try.

Hello Alexander,
I use MultiCharts and Amibroker but my programming skills are non-existent. It's a good day if I push the big grey button and the damn thing works....lol. Computers and me are like water and oil. I do admire those who have the skills and ability to do this however. Thank you for your suggestion.
