How to put text file in metastock.

OK!
I download a couple of text files which had (past)stock rates in it. and the place where i downloaded it from claimed that it is to be used for metastock.

Now for the past 2 hours i have been trying to somehow put these files in metastock but I cant. Can you guyz please guide me how to do it.

By the way this is of Karachi Stock Exchange(KSE)

Please Help me out! I cant figure it how to do put the data files to metastock.
I even tried Metaload but it gives an error that the record in line 2 is not valid(for every text file).
PLEASE PLEASE Help me.

change your text (ascii) files headers and Date format according to MS downloader readable ascii.
e.g. <DATE> <OPEN> <HIGH> <LOW> <CLOSE> <VOLUME>
Date format should be <MM/DD/YYYY>.
