How to Get Filled Order tab in Tracking Center to work?

How to Get Filled Orders tab in Tracking Center to work (TS2000i)?

Hi, for some reason the Filled Orders tab is always empty. Open Positions tab shows the current Open positions, Active Orders shows the orders waiting to be filled, but Filled Orders is always blank.

This is pretty basic to Tracking Centre and Tradestation 2000i (SP5) so I'm hopeful someone can tell me which settings I'm missing here!
