There are excellent programmers and many hackers offering programming services.Many scammers post on free message boards offering programming services and they require payment upfront, but when you get the finished work it is often very poor and sometimes the jobs don't work properly

It is understandable the you could be disappointed with delivery times or quality of work. A few years back MS had a problem w/Win2K...a security hole as I recall and their fix required something in the neighborhood of 10 meg of programming, but Steve Gibson accomplished the same thing w/600k.

As to losing money, was it more of a work in progress from your understanding of what you wanted or perhaps needed more clearly defined ideas? Or did the dynamics of the market change which caused the problem? Perhaps you could offer the two completed projects as examples, the poor & properly coded so that everyone could compare for themselves.

As to your links, is the MQI service company your own or just one that has coded well enough to satisfy your demands? As to hiring higher paid programmers, MS hires programmers out of India on contract because they understand english, are highly skilled, and work for considerably less than programmers elsewhere. So should those looking for programmers ignore the lessons & path that MS provides?

It has nothing to do with misunderstanding or with my systems .It is all about the programming work and the quality of the coding AND DESIGNING OF EXPERT ADVISORS.Is that understood?

MQL is not my own company and I do not have any interest in MQL.I found them to be reliable

As regards hiring coders from India ,it is not feasible for me as my EAS are well advanced and too complicated to bother training new people

As regards losing money on programmers ,they asked for money upfront and delivered jobs which do not work.They do not offer refunds pr give refunds for unacceptable work which is useless

These jobs are sitting in JOBS TO BE COMPLETED /JOBS WITH DODGY CODING/JOBS POORLY WRITTEN NEED REWRITING

I found conflict of interest between metatrader programming service and their clients. If any programmer finds one EA works well, they may start trade themselves and keep the EA secret, then give the client a crap/screwed version.

Therefore I program my own EA and keep it secret.
