Shooter try ODl Securities, they have a few cfds available through metatrader.
MetaTrader Questions Hope you don't mind me putting my few questions on this thread- tried my own yesterday but didn't get a reply

Apologies in advance if the following questions have been asked in previous threads but I have a few queries regarding the platform so thought it would be best to ask them in one thread.
Recently downloaded the program (demo account) and have to say i am pretty impressed at the amount of available information available- (it seems- for free).
Having a few teething problems with regard to retaining settings- every time i close down the application it reopens only with a chart screen - ideally i would like to have the data window , market watch as well as toolbars appear when it is opened. Any ideas how i can retain the above settings?
As i have only been spread betting in the past (using only EOD) data i can see how more flexible this platform could be with regard to intra day trades.
Can i assume that it is possible to place trades directly via this platform to a broker?
I have heard a lot about Trade Station -(which i believe is available for a monthly fee) I would like to know what the main differences there are between the two platforms and what benefits there are with having to pay for trade station.
Finally can someone confirm that CLZ8 is the code for crude oil
As i said at the beginning sorry if some of these questions have been asked in previous threads.

It should always re-open with the same settings - unless the previous shut down was due to a crash. You can also name your profile with "File | Profiles | Save As..." and it should always re-open the profile you were using at the last program shut down.
If your's behaves differently this is an error.
OK Metatrader the old hard fast platform offered my every wannabe broker out there and some good ones!
Stock trading on mt4 has its ups and downs!

all do CFDs of stocks and futures and gold, silver etc. 100s more are trying to do it but it is to do with the make up of the platform itself. Usually requiring manual implementation in order to run smoothly and ensure FSA standards are met when it comes to reporting as Mt4 does not offer the required standard.
Going back to the question. This can be done ie trading CFDs most providers narrow it down to US stocks. Remember there is a hefty cost for these brokers to show each exchange they want to, so they need to be selective. But ODL currently have a good range. Has anyone noticed their currency pairs widening??
